Dr. James Joseph Mcguire, MD

Dr. McGuire was an amazing, compassionate and attentive surgeon when I had my breast augmentation over 10 years ago. Now I will need to have my implants replaced and I don’t think I would trust anybody else. As a nurse I understand how difficult it can be to manage post operative situations, as many complications can arise and I certainly appreciate the attention that was given to me the first time around. I have had many surgeries, ranging from sinus surgery to lumbar surgery and I have experienced terrible post operative care. Dr McGuire was never lacking in any of these areas and hopefully, fingers crossed, he and his staff have maintained their integrity and professionalism. I will certainly take my chances and have my breast augmentation S/P > 10 yr replacement done with James. ??????

I recently had surgery to remove a tumor on my forehead. Dr McGuire went to great lengths to be sure I understood what the possibilities were and what the options were as well as what the surprises might be. As I drifted into general anesthesia I was confident that he and his team were going to do the right things right. Indeed, there was a surprise once they opened me up and in post-op, he was there to tell me what happened. He did exactly what I expected him to do. He was excellent.
