Dr. James A Mcnulty

I really hate giving the office a bad review because the dental assistant is really nice and I love Dr McNulty. HOWEVER the lady at the front desk has a bad attitude. She is rude and has no people skills. Because of that reason alone, I will.never be back there and I will tell people about her.

My entire experience has every time been a wonderful thing. It is actually the office staff, and there personality/friendliness that has gotten me returning time and again to this dentist The Dentist him self I see less than the Dentist assistant and the receptionist. If I didn't like those two woman I wouldn't be using this dentist at all.

I really feel badly about giving a poor review, because the doctor is wonderful. Office staff? The first time I went there was a very nice older lady in there that made me feel welcome. The last time I went and today when I brought my mother, there was a middle aged woman with curly hair and her attitude is typical office queen diva. As nice as a doctor may be, the office staff makes the first impression and I won't be back.
