Dr. James Thomas Milam, MD

I have seeing Dr. Milam for a very long time. He is very prompt, friendly and I usually feel much better after seeing him. I have been having some unusual health problems & there wasn't much he could tell me.

Dr. Milam provides excellent care! He is very caring and actually sits down and talks with you and not at you. He is very knowledgeable and keeps up with current health topics and treatments. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for them to call me back. Another plus is that his office is now a Centra Health facility. Overall he is the best available in Danville!

Great Doctor! Spends quality time talking with you and not at you about your medical problem. He works with your thoughts on how to better treat you. Excellent bedside manner! One of the best in Danville!

Dr. Milam is a very caring, concerned doctor who really listens! Which, in my opinion is excellent. He has a small "smudge" in the front office who I am trying really hard to cooperate with. One really GREAT thing I would suggest is for patients (maybe select ones if that would help) to be able to contact Dr. Milam personally if only by email ...that would help tremendously! (I can contact my cardiologist, "Duke Study Nurses", and my neurologist by either email or person to person telephone call ...actually talk with him at his convenience! To me, that is an awesome plus. BUT, I definitely have recommended Dr. Milam and will continue. He is very special !!!
