Dr. James Arnold Mobley, MD

He is very knowledgeable and explains everything very well! I would definitely trust him with my life, and I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone!

I was a patient of this doctor for over a year. Never met him at all. Only ever met his p.a. All my bills and charts said I met him and that he saw me though. His office staff is terrible to say the least.

He is very snied and kind of giggles under his breathe at you. Hes not at all interested in the patient, its tell me what you got and get out. Sure he'll send you to specialists if you want, giggles giggles. I dont get doctors like these. Did I ask you for painkillers??? No ! Wait maybe its because Im on medicaid? Sorry to crush your billfold there, but a doctor thats passionate about what he does takes more time with them and doesnt degrade them with the kind of asinine body language and sounds you make. Everyone at medical arts is highly unprofessional. Crackerjack box is where they got the certification! I wouldnt doubt it!

He has been my family physician for over ten years and he has always given me the attention and care at every visit. He has gone above and beyond taking care of myself and my family

Was referred out for a specialist who obviously didn't understand WHY I was being referred as he treated me for something unrelated to why I was there I the 1st place. Love Dr. Mobley but something went terribly wrong here.

APPEARED TO HAVE NO INTEREST AS A PHYSICIAN AND TREATING AS AN INDIVIDUAL. HOWEVER HIS NURSE PRACTICIONER IS WONDERFUL

Worst dr and office ever! So rude and unprofessional. Incompetent

I DO NOT recommend this office or Doctor to anyone. He his RUDE and does not let you speak without interrupting you and assuming the worst about you. He uses the word "retarded" to MHMR patients and does NOT listen to your needs. He blames you for your health and not in a nice way. He is NOT encouraging and uplifting, he is the complete opposite. If you even try to bring up another symptom to another illness in the same appointment, he will tell you that you need to make a separate appointment, which could be weeks. How is that CARING or Comforting? His appointment staff is VERY RUDE and speak in a tone that makes you feel uneasy. Not a PROFESSIONAL setting in any way. The office is very old and run down and dirty. I honestly cannot understand why this office is still open. I am not the first to say this, just the first to say it on here. The reputation in town about him is almost always negative and a lot of his patients have switched to other doctors just to avoid having to bad… experience with him. His Nurse Practitioner, I must say, is awesome! She is a much better doctor than he. However, she is not always available due to high volume of patients who prefer to see her over him, Dr. Mobley. If at all possible, see another Doctor who actually cares about their patients.

I would not recommend this Dr to anyone! He doesn't listen...only hears what he wants to hear. He was rude. His receptionist was so rude I almost walked out before seeing the Dr. They have been extremely rude on phone calls to the point I chose not to make the appt. The building itself is a wreck. It is dusty and dirty inside...guess no one cleans it. suggest this Dr retire and leave the practice to someone younger who will care about his patients. There has never been any follow up as to bloodwork or any other medical issues. Oh...did I say how rude they are in the office. If I could rate this practice as a NEGATIVE 5 STARS I would.

Dr. Mobley has been around a long time. He does have alot of experience seeing a vast array of different illnesses. He's not a young DR. and that is to his advantage and experience. Some of his office staff will go above and beyond to help you. Others in his office like the receptionist is rude and should not be dealing with the public. I did not hold this against the Dr. His G.Practicioner is also a very nice helpful female if you would rather see her. Overall I do get the help I need from this Dr & his office. I will go see him again if for nothing else, but convenience & ability to take my business to Portland.
