great doctor dont have pain any more in my knees

I've had several knee issues (two which resulted in surgery) and a torn tendon, among other things.. Dr. Morales has been awesome each and every time.

Very unprofessional atmosphere. The doctor spends no more than 4 minutes with the patient. The doctor or nurse did not help me to remove my splint. The nurses don't even have any knowledge of what the doctor spoke with the patient about. Nurses asking patient what did the doctor say. Not for nothing but that's the doctors responsibility to communicate with his staff. The doctor sent me for an MRI and I have to wait a week and a half for my follow up visit to see what the diagnosis is. The doctor told the same information to my friend who had seem him the very next day. The doctor and nurses do not have what seems to be any knowledge in the field that their in. So needless to say, I have made an appointment with another orthopedic to follow up with my injuries. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR TO ANYONE!!!

I have been under Dr Morales care for some time. I have found that his staff and Dr Morales have been very attentive to my needs and would recomend them to anyone!

This "dr" comes into the room and stays about 5 minutes w you and you never see him again! He sends in a young staff member who is not a nurse and then gives you scripts for xrays ect and doesnt even say see you later. The front desk staff is very unprofessional! Their attire is messy! Women hair grooming is all over the place! The blond hair woman does not greet you at all. The patient walks in and the only response you get from her while she is looking down is," you have --- copy!" takes your money and goes on about her assignments. If you are looking for a professional knowledgeable dr don't see this guy!

Have seen Dr. Morales several times in the last few years for different ailments. He as well as his office has always been kind and professional. Would highly recommend him. Have moved out of Jersey and into New York, and do not mind making the trip. I feel he is well worth the travel.

My son has seen Dr. Morales for a sports related injury for more than 1 year. He is always attentive and has great concern for him. The wait time varies in the office-sometimes we wait a long time and other times we go right in and out. Overall we are very happy with the Toms River office.

Doesn't care enough to listen to the patients concerns and ailments. Seems rushed and like he'd rather be somewhere else. Medical assistants do most of the work (and they leave a lot to be desired as well). Oh by the way, he is an orthopedist who doesn't even physically examine patients to Check symptoms. Makes sense? No.

Excellent diagnosis and treatment. have and will recommend again. Easy appointment, just hate automated phones. Would rather speak to live person and put on hold.
