He is generally very gruff, does cystoscopies without any desensitization.He fouled up my green light procedure having endless episodes of scar tissue passing through me.Apparently he also didn’t see two bladder stones either. I had to redo the entire thing in NJ GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I have never had an experience like this before. I recently donated my kidney to an employee and have been having testicular issues since. My nephrologist told me to see a urologist immediately. I had an ultrasound at the hospital this morning and showed up at Dr. Moyers just after 10am for my 11:20am appointment. At 11:30 I was brought back to his office and told to have a seat and he will be in within a few minutes to talk and then take me to the exam room. I sat in that stuffy room for 35 minutes until I had enough. It felt like I was on a prank tv show. I finally got up and decided to see if I could get help but when I walked out of his office, the two girls that work back there were sitting Indian style on their chairs playing on their phones. They just glanced at me and looked away, so I walked out and told the front receptionist to refund my copay. I recorded the entire thing on my phone as proof.

DR. MOYER is fantastic. He explained everything he was going to do and what I could expect. He made me feel at ease and relaxed. He took time before and after each procedure to explain what he would do a d later what he did do. My family also think he is terrific. I will be going back to him again soon.

Dr. Moyer is RUDE, with no bedside manner. My daughter went there because the hospital and doctor referred her to see a urologist. She went in his office and he said why are you shaking. She said because I'm in pain. He said ok, so why are you here. She told him. His answer was I read your hospital charts. I can't do anything for you. Maybe you should make an appointment but with a Chronic Pain Specialist. She left crying. So now we are back in the emergency room. While in the ER one of the other patients over heard us talking and added that they called to make an appointment with him, he asked what for and when she told him he said, I can't help you. Make an appointment with your family doctor. My advise to everyone is see a different doctor.

I consulted Dr. Moyer for a vasectomy. Upon initial intake, I relayed that I had another minor concern about mild, occasional pain that I was having. After less than 10 minutes of consult and exam, he told me that my pain had no physical explanation and that he didn't really want to do the procedure because he thought I was going to make up more complaints afterward and blame him. I have no mental health conditions and rarely see doctors at all because I am in very good health. Needless to say, our "visit" didn't end well. So, I shared a minor concern that I thought may be relevant to a procedure that he was going to perform. My reward was a baseless accusation and no progress on my actual reason for being there. I will now find a doctor who is more concerned about treating patients than spinning and feeding paranoid delusions in which his patients set out to victimize him.

I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor! There was miscommunication between this office and my family doctor and Dr. Moyer agreed to take me that day, but complained about it and was very rude! He should have just told me to come back at another time instead of being so rude. I will NEVER recommend this doctor to ANYONE! Wish I would have went somewhere else.
