Dr. Nairus is superb! He has done two hip replacements for me in past years and now he will be doing a knee replacement for me. I wouldn’t go to any other surgeon. His time, attention, honesty and skill make the decision to go with him a slam dunk!

I am over 80 years old and had total hip replacement in 2025. Dr Nairus was amazing and his whole team is efficient competent caring and respectful. Dr Nairus is not only an extraordinary surgeon he is also patient and listens to you. You really feels he cares and you know you can trust him His kindness and his whole attitude is reassuring. He answers your questions with honesty and makes sure you understand. He is an amazing surgeon and a great human being

I had a total knee replacement 8 days ago performed by Dr. Nairus. He replaced my other knee 1 1/2 years ago. I find him and his team to be professional, caring and expert in their field. I highly recommend Dr. James Nairus.

Dr. Nairus was an excellent surgeon and I felt a lot of confidence with him performing my recent knee replacement surgery. The support staff were caring, patient and respectful. I was very well prepared for my procedure as result of his clear outline and preoperative conference. The team was highly responsive after my surgery as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Nairus.

I need to have a revision done on my right knee (Dr. Nairus did not do the initial surgery). I've me with the Dr's at his offices in Waltham and Dedham. After each visit, I left feeling that all of my concerns and question had been answered. Never felt rushed. His office team at both locations are extremely professional and focused on customer service/care,

Dr.Narius a very personable man. An excellent Orthopedic doctor. I have two hip replacement surgeries with hin that were very successful. My wife has had both knees replaced with excellent outcomes. I am scheduled to have my first knee done soon. His office staff is always accommodating. He performs his surgeries mostly at New England Baptist Hospital and that's all that they do there is joint replacement surgeries. There are no sick patients there which lowers you chances of sickness and infection. I highly recommend Dr. Narius to anyone looking for a top notch surgeon.

I went to consult with Dr. Narius who was highly recommended by my nurse friends. He explained the TKR postoperative course and explained my X-rays that confirmed my arthritic knee. We discussed my medical options to remain comfortable and functional while I delay the surgery while I downsize from a house to another more adaptable living arrangement. He was very understanding and gave it to me straight what I’ll be facing in the future. I highly recommend Dr Nairus and as the saying goes” I’ll be back” when the time for surgery is right. He did not push or pressure surgery in any way at this time.
