I was referred to Dr. Nairus to address an issue that could require a revision to TKR I had in March of 2025. The experience I've received has been nothing but exceptional. From the initial evaluation in Nov. 2025 thru the successful surgery that occurred on July 15th. The entire team at BBJI work as a well oiled machine. From scheduling appointments, working with Kim in the surgical scheduling process and the follow-up from the other professional staff.

Dr. Nairus is an outstanding physician and surgeon. I highly recommend Dr. Nairus to anyone looking for joint replacement. When meeting with him and discussing the options and details for joint replacement surgery, I never felt rushed and always had his undivided attention. An outstanding experience from beginning to end!

Had my total hip replacement surgery 3 days ago and a. Amazed at how well I feel in general and in particular my right hip. The surgery itself went really well, and I felt ready to go home only hours later. Pain is very manageable and mobility is improving each day.

Dr. Nairus and his team were the best. Knowledgeable, caring, and respectful to a nervous 78 year old patient with other experiences. The process from the initial consultations, surgery and follow up were a gold standard. He made me part of his team early on.

Last week was my 10 yr followup for bilateral knee replacement (age 76). Of course it went well! Dr. Nairus is an excellent surgeon, super in patient education and communication. Office staff are efficient, kind and not rushed. I had my surgery at New England Baptist (age 66), rehab at Whittier in Southboro and followup apps in the Southboro office. Competent, compassionate, caring! Looking forward to seeing him at my 15th yr followup.

Dr. Nairus is superb! He has done two hip replacements for me in past years and now he will be doing a knee replacement for me. I wouldn’t go to any other surgeon. His time, attention, honesty and skill make the decision to go with him a slam dunk!

Dr Nairus is not only an extraordinary surgeon he is also patient and listens to you. You really feels he cares and you know you can trust him His kindness and his whole attitude is reassuring.
