My wife and I are exploring legal options against Dr. Neal and his staff. In particular his secretary Sandra, who has personally put my wife and unborn child at provable, medical risk. Despite our attempts at direct communication with him, Dr. Neal has silently stood by and allowed this to happen. We plan to sue for medical malpractice and medical negligence. We are looking to connect with others who have had an awful experience at Platinum Women's Health, with the aim of filing a group action suit. Please read on for details about our experience. Doctor Neal has delivered two of our babies. We started seeing him in 2014 and we always liked him, but we've had constant issues with the front staff being rude, snarky and condescending. We learned to tolerate their nastiness. We were on our third child with his office when my wife was dropped as their patient. Not by Dr. Neal himself, who we have been blocked from communicating with, but by his secretary Sandra, and his office manager… Debbie. The circumstances are still unbelievable to us. On the day of our last [attempted] appointment, we arrived to find they had moved to a new location. Our appointment was set for 4 o'clock. We were on time, staring at the office door marquee that no longer displayed Dr. Neal's name. We called in confusion at 4:03pm. Sandra was her typical rude and condescending self and refused to give us the new address even though we kept asking for it. She instead placed us on an unannounced hold and came back on the line at 4:10 (after leaving us on hold for 7 minutes). She said we were now too late and had to reschedule. She had made us miss our cutoff and acted like it was our fault. We had to drive from Hemet and Sandra knew that...she knew we drove almost an hour for every visit. Instead of being a decent human being and apologizing with the correct address, she blocked us out of spite. Otherwise why be smug and unapologetic, as if we were at fault? We were polite the whole time. We drove home completely infuriated. We felt totally confused and powerless. Six weeks later we are still shellshocked. Sandra is dissociative and apparently damaged as a person, but I'm surprised that she can be so cavalier with the well-being of a fetus and get away with it. To add insult to injury, when we called to reschedule a week later (still agitated) Sandra (terminally unavoidable) gave us ANOTHER attitude and placed us on another long hold. We expected her to be disgusting towards us and she was. Eventually an equally dismissive Debbie came on the line and curtly told us that it had been "too long" since they had seen us, and we would have to find a new OBGYN. There was no empathy in her voice. Why would there be? They knew what they were doing. It wouldn't have been so long if they hadn't blocked us from going to our appointment, right? They didn't plan on seeing us again regardless. They just needed an excuse. Two weeks later we received a letter stating that we had missed 2 appointments (untrue) and not to miss another one. Debbie had already dropped us by the time we received that letter. They held it for 10 days before mailing so enough time would pass that they could use that as an excuse to drop us. So yeah, they were being spiteful, playing with my wife's life and my child's life with their childish pride. After calling endlessly, leaving messages, sending certified restricted letters directly to Dr. Neal (true), we have not heard back. The staff is stonewalling us, and most likely, sitting there snickering and laughing. We have witnessed on many occasions Sandra, Debbie and Rosie being rude to patients on the phone and then laughing and gossiping about it after hanging up, right in front of patients in the waiting area. We always "joked" about how this could be us one day. Little did we know. Honestly, we were hoping (naively) that Dr. Neal would contact us with an apology and an assurance that he had reprimanded his staff, and set an emergency appointment for us to come back in. Like I said, we're naive! He has chosen to ignore us. We finally did find a new OBGYN here in Hemet and now we have no choice but to deliver at Hemet Hospital, which is one of the worst ranked hospitals in the country. Personally I hold Sandra accountable for any complications that arise from this. My wife did not receive treatment for 6 weeks. Meanwhile, she's had stomach cramps and added stress while we have been chasing our tails. Did you know that an OBGYN cannot unilaterally end a pregnant woman's care without advanced written notice and without providing ample time to find a new provider? This is more strictly enforced if the patient is suffering from complications. This is compounded by the horrendous circumstances we've had to endure. I was in the emergency room 8 days after surgery from what the physician told me was a puncture wound to behind my bladder. I doubt that was a coincidence. Hmmmm..... There is no other way it would have got there. I was taken to the ER and had a case of e-coli so bad I thought I was going to die. Do your homework on this guy.

Best chiropractor I've ever had, in 35 yrs!

First off I like Dr Neal I was worry because he's so young as a doctor. He's always been upfront with me. The only thing I hate about this office is whenever I called to ask a question or check my appointment it was so hard to get anyone to pick up the phone. They lack phone service really bad. There was times I had to remind the nurse what needed to be done. So make sure you keep up what needs to be done. Or they might be behind with you on your check ups. Like for instance I had to remind them I was 37 weeks and they had to do a stop test. Another time I had to remind them to check my test I had to take for G-diabetes I'm about to get induce this weekend and I have never been induce so late as a G-diabetic I hope baby isn't too big. Oh another thing. They have two doctors office so you will have to bounce to other doctors office whenever they give you appointment one in menifee the other in Murrieta.

I can't say enough good comments about Dr. Neal and his entire staff. I have excellent experience with scheduling, office visits and Maria always makes me feel comfortable and provides me with knowledge on any questions I might have. The front desk is fantastic at greeting me and helpful with any needs I present to them. Most of all, I appreciate the care I receive from Dr. Neal! I cannot express how grateful I am to the whole team. Service is the best.

Dr. Neal is the best Dr. I have seen for my pregnancies. He is personal, caring, and always took care of my needs which was a lot with my Hyperemasis. Maria always showed care and concern for all my needs as well as answering questions and taking care of insurance. etc. No medical experience has ever been this wonderful for me! Thank you Dr. Neal, Maria, and all the staff at PWH.

Great office, friendly front desk and nurse. Awesome Dr. I have been to three other OBGYN's with my past pregnancies and I am glad I finally found one I love. I will be referring family and friends. Thanks for the great service.

I only gave 1 star because you can NOT rate him any lower. If you are over the age of 40 you will not be treated with any respect. If you lose a set of twins he tells you that he is going to do a D&C and a hysterectomy because you are too old to chase kids especially 4 and a half year olds. That you are too old to have kids.

I loved dr neil and even liked his nurse UNTIL we had to communicate on the phone she lost me. She was rude and talked to me like an idiot. I would say dr neil said blah blah she would say well he didn't put that in his chart so honestly is like it NEVER happened. To say the least I switched drs
