Dr. James Joseph Needles

I saw Dr Needles after my divorce was finalized because I could no longer receive care at the base. Dr Needles is my parent's family doctor and my mother suggested I go to him. I needed to see a doctor to finish my evaluations of possible issues and I had no base rights. When I arrived for my appointment I informed the one who led me into the inner sanctum for my vitals that I required the return of my health file and xrays when the appointment was finished but she was welcome to make copies of what the doctor may need. She looked as though I had offended her. But I also know that had I not said anything she would have slipped my file away with the other files and I would have had to pay for copies of my files I handed over when it was time that I leave the area. My appointment with the doctor was fine and he actually listened to me and helped me through the rest of my evaluations. I am fine and no problems with my health Thank God.

Dr. Needles is an average doctor. Nothing spectacular, but he seems to care, follows-up as needed, spends enough time with you, etc. His staff is TERRIBLE. They are some of the rudest people I have had to deal with. The woman who answers the phone is downright unpleasant. It was so bad that I switched doctors. It is no surprise that his reviews are not good. I; along with others, would NOT recommend his practice to anyone- pretty much because of his staff. If he would fire that lady, then he'd be just like most other doctors.
