Dr. James J Nolfi, MD

Dr Nolfi is a wonderful doctor. I would recommend him to everyone. Been with Dr. Nolfi for years. Through many good times and heart wrenching times. He was always right beside us helping us through it all!

Dr. Nolfi was the doctor on staff from my group office when I delivered my 3rd child. I will spare you the details of the entire labor and delivery, but my opinion is this: If you are the type of person who likes to labor naturally and let your body do what it is made to do to get that baby out, he may not be the doctor for you. He seemed to try to be very charming, and comes across as very personable. He gives you the impression that you're making decisions, but in the end forces his preferences on you. If you are okay with intervention like breaking your water right away when in labor, pulling on the cord to get the baby out, and constant cervical checks to measure your progress and sending you home if you don't progress quickly enough, then he's your guy.

I would highly recommend Dr. Nolfi. I have been seeing him for several years and surgeries, He always makes me feel comfortable and I am confident in his diagnosis.

Dr. Nolfi is knowledgable, professional, and personable. Sometimes when you go to a new Dr. you’re not sure. Then there are some doctors that you know immediately. This is one of those Doctors.

I agree with the comment about the staff. I tried to change my appt to an earlier one. I was told that they re already booking into May. I understand that but I wasnt even offered a call-back if they d get a cancellation. So, I too have to keep my appt. When I scheduled it they made it for 3 weeks out ! Way too long for a 1st time appt.

I have stuck with dr. Nolfis office for all three of my pregnancies and I will never to anywhere else. They are all amazing doctors .

I don't have a problem with him, just the staff. I was scheduled for a procedure and I had to reschedule because I had to work at the time it was to start. When I called to reschedule, the one scheduler told me I needed to keep my appointment because it could be up to 4 months before the next time I could get in. She promised me it would only take about 30 total and I would only be a little late for work. I agreed to keep the appointment. The next day I got there 30 minutes early hoping I would get done even earlier. I was told after checking in and paying up front that I would be taken back in two to three minutes. After one hour and three people getting taken back who arrived after me, I had enough and asked to reschedule for another time. Because of what I expect to be overscheduling, I lost money I could have been earning at work because I was pretty much cornered into keeping an appointment I tried to rescheduled the day before.
