Dr. James Brent Oliver, DO

Would give 0 stars if I could my mom filed a lawsuit against him back about 18 years ago. She was misdiagnosed with cancer while she was pregnant. We weren’t allowed to speak about it crazy how he is still practicing. My moms lawsuit was his second one

He’s wonderful. Unfortunately the staff at his office is extremely lax on returning calls to schedule. The call center has tried four times in one month and his staff is not helping them or calling me back. Sadly Dr. James Oliver wanted to see me by a certain time, and I’ve relayed this fact to his staff and the call center. Nobody cares regardless how much information I give. And I’ve had a condition nobody will help with … but he did. He’s proactive, smart, talks you through, explains. Fantastic doctor. Just wish people around the doctors cared too. I get the feeling they just want a paycheck and could care less about the affect their lackadaisical actions have on the health of patients.

Dr. James Oliver was my OBGYN for over 3 years. He did nothing but pelvic and breast exams on me. He did nothing that a real OBGYN should have done with all the symptoms and health problems I had while under his care. His lack of knowledge of the female reproductive system proved to me that he should not be an OBGYN. Because of this I have to live the rest of my life with health problems and a shorter life. My advice to anybody considering going to him is to find a female OBGYN. and if you care about your health stay away from Dr. Oliver.

Dr. Oliver is a wonderful Dr. I found him when i became pregnant with my first son and i had another Dr. that was very rude and very unprofessional telling me if i didnt do something i would have a Grave Stone. That doctor is no longer a doctor. when I was told that i dropped that doctor fast and found DR. Oliver he has delivered all 3 of my boys and has helped me through some of the toughest times in my life. With all 3 of my pregnancies i had hyperemesis gravidarum and if it wasnt for Dr. Oliver I dont know how I would have made it through. I have been going to Dr. Oliver for 9 years and i refuse to see anyone else. He has wonderful bedside manner and will actually listen to you and take everything you say into consideration. Thank You So Much Dr. Oliver.

I was to scared to have a c-section and he was so nice, never force me in to an operating room and he said you want to push then that is what we will do and he made sure i was comfortable and had a smooth birth, it was so great i was up and read to go home like 4 hour after birth

Dr. Oliver is a great OB he has great bedside manner and overall knows what he is he is doing and how he treats his patients.i would give him more then 5 stars if i could.

Dr. Oliver is awesome! He not only listens to what you have to say, he actually pays attention to you and takes your thoughts and concerns into consideration when providing care. His staff is always very courteous and caring. I have gone to other doctors (just recently) because Dr. Oliver's schedule was full. However, I kept my original appointment with him and went back. It was well worth the wait!!

Mys daughter visited him for the first time and from the moment she and I met him it was music to our ears. He was very warm and had great bedside manner. He made us feel very comfortable, explained every thing that was to be done and what to expect. Most of the visit we laughed but he was very direct about what was going on. I am planning a visit to him in hopes and prayers I receive the same courtesy as my daughter during her surgery he came at every chance to inform me of how things were going and I think that beautiful we love him. He is blessed by God with his skills. I would rate him 100% from beginning to the end.
