Dr. James W Osborne, DO

Tried to get me to do a procedure, when I wanted another option. He wanted nothing to do with me. Find someone who cares!

My wife has lost her voice. She is a singer and this condition is dangerous for her. We called for an appointment and were told the soonest is possibility was three weeks out. Clearly Osborne's office cannot provide effective urgent care. I would suggest finding a different office if you need to be seen quickly. Of course, we do not have any advice to offer regarding the doctor's quality of service in an urgent situation. For routine matters he has been great.

We went in for a 7am appointment with my 15 month old and were not seen until 8:15am. They took the two other patients ahead of us knowing we had a toddler. We saw the doctor for about 5 minutes and I did not see that the room was cleaned in between our visit and the precious. The scheduling person was not knowledgeable and unhelpful when trying to schedule her surgery. She was also obviously sick at the desk. The surgery appt. for tubes was made for a month out at banner del Webb, where he apparently always operates at after 12pm. I didn’t find this out, despite asking SEVERAL times, until two days before the tubes were scheduled. Every time I would call and ask or leave a message the office personel claimed “they did not know”. Overall, it was a very poor experience and I would not recommend to anyone.

I brought images with me for him to review. He did not ask about my allergies that I have. I asked for my records and he put in them we discussed all of this in detail. He failed to provide options for my concerns. I am disputing with the insurance company!!!!

We scheduled the consult after a long battle w a continual ear infection with multiple antibiotics and a course of steroids from her Pcp. We got to the office and they took my daughter straight to the area where they do heating screens. Had that done then went to the exam room. Dr Osborne came in and did his assessment and told us it had all cleared up and that we could come back if we had any other concerns. We went in thinking she was going to get tubes. It was reassuring that he didn’t push an unneeded surgery on her. His bedside manner was good, I felt his compassion right away. I would recommend him! I think he fair and honest.

This was my second opinion on how I was feeling my ears were hurting and became worse I called every day for them to see me, unbalanced and dizzy, hearing feeling it was decreasing hearing test shows normal but my ears say different I won't go here again...

Dr. Osborne is great, I would highly recommend him for anyone needing an ENT!! He has my every confidence as a doctor after having heard his explanation of my son's condition/diagnosis, prognosis, testing results, forward treatment planning and things to expect. I went to him for a second opinion and wish my doctor would have referred to him in the first place to save us from the "run around". His staff is wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful in each of their specialties- providing the same comprehensive communication as did Dr. Osborne. I am a healthcare provider and will be passing his name on for a top referral source as well as using he and his staff for my own patients!!! It was a breath of fresh air to feel like the people treating you/us knew what they were doing!

I think this is the best doctor such a nice bed side manner. Very kind and caring. Great surgeon so glad I was referred to him.

James Osborne is a wonderful doctor, the way he diagnosed our son is very good and the treatment was very good. Now my son is hearing properly and has no ear problem. Thanks to James Osborne for the wonderful support over the period of treatment.
