Best doctor ever had worked with time explains everything out. That’s what made it easy for me. I trusted him and I know he trusted me. Great guy.

Dr.Otting M.D. I ve never had a Dr. That Cares so much. He's helped me out so much. he understood, what someone is going thru after 20 surgeries, & need a total knee, & I'm still working cuz my Husband is Disabled, Retired. So I'm the Head of Household trying to work, but no one understands, but he did. No One that is like him. He's most definitely cares, & wants to help people. Please call me. Where your at now. Was the best pain doctor in the Toledo area. Since he’s moved, he’s gotten a God complex. Gone are the days when he would joke around with you, and make sure that you are comfortable. Can’t get ahold of him anymore. He put me on a medication that saved my life, but now (even though I have a condition that has absolutely no cure and is killing me) I can’t even get out of my bed. Find somewhere else to go. I’m a legendary patient who is being treated like a fentanyl addict. Please take my advice

Well Dr Otting is a damn good Dr but his staff is mean and nusty everytime I had a appointment they made me drop everytime they treat me like I was there to get pills I am a 57 years old Black man I'm older then his staff my back and my stomach is fuck up I need the treatment from Dr Otting I need the Dr Because I have a sim core in my back it haven't worked for two years so I'm having side effects so please please Dr Otting take me back please

the doctor is fine, he's a very good doctor but his staff,three thumbs down! the monroe st office staff was polite, this staff on coy road is rude and unfriendly and unhelpful. the front desk lady, the black one, was mean and talked to four/five patients like dirt. unbelievable how they are a month behind getting patients meds too. horrible experience for my mom.

Dr Otting is a great doctor ??

Went to Dr. Otting at the Toledo Clinic, 5085 Monroe street, because of his great reviews. Wait time was very long for a very short visit and staff was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. They were blaming my insurance company for why my prior authorization was not getting approved and I believed them until the head PR rep from the insurance called me personally to tell me that the Doctor's wanted to approve my PR but his staff neglected to send over the documentation they requested so they had to deny it. My insurance called the office on a few occasions to have the documents sent over and they still slacked off at sending it. I ended up having to seek care repeatedly in the Emergency room because his staff refused to allow me to see Dr. Otting or even speak with a nurse when I was having severe neck pain. I have a debilitating condition that I could not get treated for the whole 4 months at his office because his staff were lazy at doing their job. Dr. Otting was aware of how… crucial it was for a steroid injection due to my condition and pain and did not go out of the way to even put a rush on the order. I had to call off work several times, miss school and my children's important events, and my health and pain got worse while under his care. He may be a good Doctor who might give good care but that is impossible when his staff won't even schedule the patient with him and instead tells them to "take a hot shower" or go to the ER and neglects to do their job to get procedures approved. His staff even blamed him for not giving them updated notes to send to the insurance company. I was advised by the ER and other Doctor's to find a new office so I did.

After 7 years of being with DR. Otting i was dismissed from his Practus because he Supposedly smelled my register and license service dog and left me with 2 days of pain medications with my L4-L5 Vertebrae fracture, degenerative disk disease throughout my entire spine, a unstable lumbar, diabetic neuropathy from my knees down, and a heart patient 33-50% heart function. And would not call any thing in for me or my wife who he also dismissed for the same reason.i have been on the same medications from 2003 i never ask for a Increase at any time.
