Dr James S. Page, MD

I had a full knee replacement. James Page lacks proper follow up. He forgets previous visits and talks about irrelevant issues. When I asked him what happened to the pain management part of this whole procedure, he ignored me for weeks and then barked at me that it was my fault that I was having pain. I think he has dementia.

Dr. Page is one of my favorite doctors EVER. The staff takes care of all the patients, and your doctor takes care of you. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE is very friendly and treats you like royalty. They assist you quickly and efficiently and are always happy and smiling. The staff at the front desk are incredible and work together like a well oiled machine. Dr. Page himself is an awesome Doctor and in my humble opinion a great surgeon. My boyfriend recently had Total Knee Replacement using the robotic-arm assisted joint replacement system at El Camino Hospital, Mountain View and it was a huge success. Dr. Page is very kind, warm and genuine. He sits on the little rolling stool and actually talks to you. He spends QUALITY time with you. He is never in a rush to get you out of there and that's a huge plus in my book. He even called Jerry the night before the surgery since Jerry was feeling nervous and even followed up with a phone call and emails after we got home. He even… answered our post-op email question within hours. His two PAs we worked with are also amazing, smart and caring. We've work mostly with Melody Ow and I cannot say enough about her. She is very detail oriented, smart as a whip, always has a smile and is able to explain everything in layman's terms. SHE ROCKS! The office is very well run. They take care of everything including X-rays posted in your examining room before you walk back from the X-ray. Thank you, thank you Dr. Page for all you do! We know recovery will take time however just after just two short weeks post surgery, Jerry already says his new knee feels so much better than what he had before! You are AMAZING! -Jerry & Denise

In all consciousness, I cannot recommend this orthopedia surgeon to anyone!

Dr. Page gave me a new hip. He did a great job explaining the procedure and also letting me know what I would have to do to recover quickly and fully. I've seen him every year for the last 4 years for follow up - appointments are always easy to make, he continues to stay involved with my hip health. Highly recommended.
