Dr. James Roe Penrose, DO

Dr. James Penrose is an internal medicine and family medicine physician who has dedicated 39 years to caring for patients across all age groups. He earned his medical degree from Western University Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific and completed his residency training at Kern Medical Center. His extensive experience allows him to provide comprehensive care for both adult and pediatric patients.
