Great doctor! Have used him for years! He is very smart and takes good care of his patients. He listens to all of your concerns and addresses them. He can really put the patient at ease.

I really don't recommend him as doctor. I will never ever make appointment.

I would not recommend Phillips to anyone! I'm thinking about moving my OB services elsewhere because I'm scared he will be on call at the hospital when I have my baby. It's that serious.

I was in labor at hospital at least 24 hours . My baby was turned wrong and he refused to do a c section. Baby had complications after birth that we believe was caused by being in labor to long.

This Dr wasn't friendly at all. Never asked me how I was doing. This is my first child and I had questions which he wasn't receptive to. He was abrupt and didn't seem to have any caring for me as a patient. The other a Doctors at this clinic are great! He is the exception. My mother-in-law had warned me about him and she was right. She never likes to see him because he is "rough" with her. I pray he isn't on duty when the baby cones. I would not recommend this Dr to anyone.

I have been waiting for 2 hours to see the doctor. I have only talked to the nurses so far.

He has been my gyn for 20 yrs, he always has time to answer my questions and gives answers that I can unederstan. I appreciate his honesty and being professional, I wouldn't use anyone else.
