Dr James Pollowitz

When he was leading me into his office, he stopped to chat with someone for several minutes about things that didn’t seem very important. He then dropped his papers and just let them lay on the floor, which I found pretty odd. As any decent person would do, I knelt down and picked them up for him. There was no “thank you” or any kind of acknowledgement from him. A few minutes later he asked “you’re not from here, are you?,” even though I’ve spent a large majority of my life here, and first moved here around the age of seven. Then he decided to bring up controversial politics about the country in which I was born. I named a pretty remarkable fact that had been talked about quite a lot in the news, and he bluntly and confidently just said “no” while staring down at his paper. Later he brought up even more controversial politics about my country. Needless to say, I would not recommend going here.

Dr Pollowitz was wonderful. He was so thorough. A detailed medical interview back to childhood, thru teens and early adulthood to present. I am 65 yrs of age. Took vitals,did breathing tests, listened to chest. Called Primary to discuss findings. He changed meds. Have f/u appt for immunization testing . I have confidence that he will stabilize my asthma symptoms.
