Dr. James Tanner Prescott

I had been a patient with Dr. Kelli Prescott for several years, after my dentist of nearly 40 years retired. She was always competent and compassionate. Excellent care. Unfortunately, my experiences have been abysmal since she left. The receptionist there has never been the best, but she was so bad when i needed her assistance getting a referral for an extraction, since the other Dr. Prescott doesn’t do extractions. For the first time ever, I left a 1 star review after that because i was so disappointed. I had an appointment to return and have two fillings, and when i gave them a second chance by showing up for the appointment the dentist used the time to berate me over my review rather than just apologizing and doing the fillings. He wasn’t even interested in why i gave the review!!! I gladly would have positively updated my review had it gone well. The dentist was more concerned with his ego than their reputation and my care.I would not go to this place until they exchange… management.
