That is his office staff. They can make and appointment, but anything beyond that is not processed in their heads. I can only get a refill or referral if I work directly with Dr. Prine. I do like the doctor very much. Nepotism seems the only reason he would employ this useless office staff.

This was an efficient and polite office staff. The doctor was friendly, attentive, and conducted a thorough review of my prior and present medical conditions. So far, so good!

As a 73 year old I must say that Dr. Prine is one of the best doctors my wife and I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Dr. Prine has been our Primary Physician for over a decade, his experience and caring compassion is unequalled. Thank you Dr. Prine and his staff.

Dr Prine is truly the best GP I have ever had. He cares about you, listens to you, makes sure you get the care you need to get better. He is an amazing advocate for your health!

We had to change Doctors due to insurance. We didn’t realize how special Dr. Prine was until we were forced to use other Doctors. He cares about his patients, answers his phone, calls back and calls in prescriptions. We love him!!!!!

Dr. Prine is very exceptional Doctor. Very nice man with great staff.

The doctor is wonderful and thorough. For some reason, he can't get the right staff. Rude over the phone, abrupt in person and at times incompetent. Too bad he has to run a business, because it is a business with a staff like that. I dread calling to schedule an appt just because I have to talk with the staff.
