Jim's behavior was deeply unprofessional, unkind, and reckless. As a mandated reporter, he failed to act on multiple occasions when my child reported instances of physical harm, despite this being documented by my child's counselor and directly communicated to him by my attorney. Instead of addressing the serious concerns, Jim astonishingly placed blame on me for contacting CPS after receiving no response from him or the guardian ad litem. Only after this call did my child's condition improve and he reported not being harmed again. Additionally, two other professionals independently reported the same concerns. Jim disregarded the rules of superintendence and continued to make defamatory statements to collateral contacts. His actions have caused irreparable harm, and I strongly believe he cannot be trusted in a professional capacity. His behavior reflects a disturbing lack of integrity and responsibility. Family court is in need of desperate reform and Jim is a highlight of it's decay.

Jim does not follow professional standards or legal guidelines. He was reckless and dangerous and caused immense harm to me and my son and I do not believe he is a good person to do any work with anyone in any professional capacity whatsoever.

Jim is the most evil awful human being I’ve ever worked with. Beyond and professional does not work within the confines of his profession or legal statutes. In my situation, he caused immense harm. Avoided all costs is what I would recommend

Truly the worst human being I have ever had the displeasure of working with. He is fake, incompetent, and borderline evil due to his deceptive tactics. It is beyond disturbing that this individual is still able to be an expert witness for the courts and be seen as someone to turn to for advice. He has jumped the shark and needs to retire.
