Dr. Rico is such a kind and caring dentist. He actually knows who you are and not only what the chart says about you. You're a person as well as a patient to him. He truly loves what he does and it shows by how he treats his patients and his staff.

I will no longer go to Bright Now Dental in Parma Heights. The doctor James Ricco DDS. Is great but the staff sucks!!! I had a crown put on 2 months ago and for some reason it went bad. I went to see Dr. Ricco and he could not find a problem he tried I must say. The very next day I was in so much pain I called the office and Dr. Ricco was on a few days vacation. NO other dentist would see me!!! I know Dr. Ricco would have but he was not there. The stupid staff member told me to stop taking Advil and take Motrin!!!! I am not a pharmacist but they are the SAME THING! I just wanted to be seen because this IS AN EMERGENCY!!!! I went to a local dentist and as soon as I entered there they had me in a chair and were numbing the tooth and opened up the crown and puss just pored out. I will never go back the Bright Now Dental again. I wish Dr. Ricco would leave that place and set up shop for himself.
