Good experience checking on my neck and my shoulder diagnosis is not My neck which the X-ray came back negative ,. All the pain is in my right shoulder rotor cuff.

Dr. Rochester spent time looking at my daughter's x-rays and caught an injury that was not identified by another provider. He also spent time talking to and listening to her to really figure out what was going on and make a treatment plan.

Dr. Rochester is great! He took the time to hear me out about my pain, made great treatment recommendations and when I asked questions about my X-ray results he explained everything without talking ‘doctor level’ explanation. He did not keep me waiting in the exam room and he is very friendly! I highly recommend!

Doctor Rochester was a pleasure to deal with. I really felt that he cared about my problem. I thought I might need a hip replacement and his alternatives and therapy I needed made a lot of sense. I’m looking forward to doing this therapy! Thank you for your patience doctor Rochester.
