Dr. James Thomas Roth, MD

Unfortunately this practitioner has slandered the name of a fellow physician and this was conveyed through a mutual patient. This behavior is unethical, unprofessional, and unacceptable. To bring up the past of a physician that he has no personal or professional relation, specifically to a patient, is defamation of character. I would not recommend this physician to family, friends, or patients.

Took care of my overall needs and concerns. He is very knowledgeable and does his job well. His RN is so sweet and caring.

He delivered 2 of my 3 kids and he was awesome. My first child was delivered by an another DR who caused major birth trauma and he took those fears and helped me thru another two and were delivered without any problems and eased my fears and concerns. His bedside manner is funny and tells great stories!! Thanks Dr Roth :)

I love Dr. Roth.He did my hysterectomy.Three days after my surgery, I had a bowel obstruction.Not under his care anymore,he still came to the hospital everyday to check on me.He is a very caring Dr.And,a great Dr. too.

Dr. Roth was inconsiderate and abrupt, did not tell me the risks of the procedure I was going to have or anything. The procedure ended up taking longer than it should have and when it was all said and done he just got up and walked out of the room pouting about how much fluids he had to use. I have had nothing but issues since this procedure. And for a Dr his age he is anything but gentle and caring.

I have enjoyed every visit with Dr. Roth and his staff. He is caring,compassionate, and knowledgeable. He takes time to answer questions and makes follow up phone calls if necessary. His staff is also outstanding. I would recommend Dr. Roth (and have recommended him) to friends.

He seemed nice at first, but I definitely was not a priority for him. With my first child, he was out of town during my due date and didn't let me know until the appointment right before my due date. I was admitted with early labor with my second child while he was on call AND PYSICALLY IN THE HOSPITAL ON THE SAME FLOOR THAT I WAS ON. The nurse came and let him know I was there, and he said "I'm just heading out." He couldn't even be bothered to come and check on me when I was truly in labor. His "shift" was over and he would let the next on-call dr. take over. I understand that doctors are people and they have lives and he may have had something going on, but he could have let me know, or checked on me later. He did neither. He travels a lot, especially in the summer when his wife is on break from her job.

Great friendly and helpful staff. Nurse and MA were very friendly and kind. Doctor was very helpful and seemed sincerely interested in my needs.The office was very nice and clean and having a lab in their office was a great plus for me.

I've seen Dr. Roth for 10 years and over the years, I've watched his decline as a physician. Dr. Roth is impersonal. Dr. Roth has no bedside manner. Dr. Roth is unsympathetic to my needs. Dr. Roth and his staff are rude, uncaring, and act bothered when I call.Dr. Roth failed to properly document my surgery which he performed, and my recently obtained medial records re incomplete. I would not recommend Dr. Roth to anyone who needs an OBGYN
