A long-time Vermonter, Dr. Russell received his BA from the University of Vermont in Burlington, followed by his MD from the Medical College of Vermont, also in Burlington. He completed his surgical residency at the University of Vermont and another in Emergency Medicine at the Institute of Emergency Medicine and Trauma in Milwaukee, WI. Dr. Russell has been associated with Killington Medical Clinic since 1986 and with VOC since 1997.
