I’ve had the privilege of being a patient of Dr. Saar and his staff twice now, and both experiences have been absolutely incredible. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re met with kindness, compassion, and genuine care. Dr. Saar is not only an exceptional surgeon, but he also takes the time to truly listen and make you feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. His team mirrors that same level of attentiveness and professionalism — they’re friendly, supportive, and always go above and beyond to ensure you’re well cared for. It’s rare to find a medical team that makes you feel so valued and at ease. I can’t recommend Dr. Saar and his staff highly enough. They’ve earned my complete trust and gratitude!

He might be great when it comes to tummy tucks, etc. But when it comes to implants after you have had a metastatic he BOTCHES, You end up looking like something out of the wild (Frankenstein, monster) If you are considering him think again. He has had to re-do my surgery twice and my breast still look like something foreign. His staff is very friendly.

Fabulous experience! He and his staff are very thorough and friendly. I was apprehensive, but was assured I would be well taken care of. I am so happy with my results!

I came to Dr. Saar to remove ruptured silicone implants from my second cancer reconstructive surgery. From the minute I walked into his office, the receptionist was warm and friendly. His nurse Leigh Ann explained everything in depth and was so reassuring. Then Dr. Saar comes in and I immediately felt at ease. He was very confident and told me exactly what to expect. He performed a “not fun” explanation of previous implants which he didn’t implant. Many surgeons won’t even attempt that. He has been absolutely wonderful with each and every follow up visit. He is very much of a perfectionist and I can’t more highly recommend anyone!

Dr. Saar is a great doctor. He’s very kind and has great bedside manners. I have gotten to know him, Leighanne and the rest of his staff. They make you feel very welcome. I will miss them all when I’m finished.

Staff is great but he just has no personality and an attitude of he could care less.

Dr. Saar is a wonderful doctor who is very compassionate, he cares about his patients concerns, he goes the extra mile to make sure your happy with all surgical results. I find Dr. Saar to be very professional, realistic and down to earth, I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a surgeon . Unlike some doctors he tells you the truth, he does not perform unnecessary procedures.
