The staff at Butterfield Trail Village have been trying to get an 'OK' for my mother to go to the healthcare center on site to be watched and monitored until her next appt with the urologist. My mother is swollen and had to go in for a catheritization. I called his office and the staff said ONLY HE can approve it. I called Dr. Wilson's office (the urologist) and never heard back. My mother needed an OK NOW. They wanted to move her to be watched. The staff person didn't like that I was frustrated. I know if one doctor is out of the loop another can give the go-ahead. I was so frustrated that another doctor could not OK it. The staff at Butterfield were shocked..she needs to be monitored. I couldn't get a response from Dr. Salmon. It was his day off - Weds. Now they had a fire above the third floor!!! IF ANYONE would have given a simple OK, my mother wouldn't have to be moved to who knows where! IF YOU CAN'T RESPOND TO A SITUATION, train your staff to 'PRETEND' to be concerned. What… you have put me, my sister and my mother through is reprehensible. SOMEONE should follow up. At least that's what they do in MY state!

He's friendly and knowledgeable and actually seems to care about patients and their problems. I definitely would recommend him to others in the area.
