Dr. James Michael Shiver, MD

Dr.Shiver is a very nice doctor he listens to you hes very calm and caring he lets you know whats going and has no problem going back over whats wrong with you.Hes very patient and sweet.The staff on the other hand are very rude in considerate people cant stand them.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Shiver for 15 years and he is by far the best doctor I've ever been to. Sometimes it's kind of a long wait, but it's worth it because he is so thorough. He makes sure to answer all questions and thoroughly explains everything. He is probably the least intimidating and least condesending doctor in Georgia. I've always left happy and most importantly, any health problems I've had over the course of this time were diagnosed correctly the first time. When I was dropped from my parents insurance, he even worked with me, so I didn't have an outrageous payment. I seriously won't go to any other doctor, as long as he is in business.

I didn't think the staff were very friendly or courteous at all, but the doctor himself is very nice.
