Dr. James Almer Smith III, MD

My first visit to Dr. Smith, I was an absolute train wreck. I was in full blown withdrawal, crying, anxious, shaking, terrified and just wanting it all to end. Dr. Smith is one of the kindest, most warm human beings I have ever met. Genuine kindness, not the kind that has one eye on you, and one on the clock. Without his help, and the medication that he prescribed, I would be dead. My husband would be alone, my daughter would have no Mom. There is no way to thank him. If you are lucky enough to get an appointment, just know that there is a light at the end of the tunnel and Dr. Smith will help you find it.

Dr. James is the kindest most dedicated physician I have every seen. He never judges anyone, is patient, understandiing, helpful every way possible, and goes up and beyond whatever I might need or expect from him. I will never change doctors as long as he is available. He is absolutely fantastic. I have so much respect for him. He really cares about his patients. Thank you so much, Dr. Smith for all you've done for me!! I appreciate you so very much.
