Dr. James S Stepanski, DO

I was treated very horrible by Dawn when I visited the office Sat October 7th. I was completely out of my Trintelix I was having trouble getting my prescription filled at the pharmacy because there is currently no generic for this medication it is very expensive even with insurance . When Dr Stepanski prescribed it for me he gave me a discount saving card that I guess is only good for 13 refills. The card enabled for me to only pay $10 instead of $94 and I was told by the pharmacy that I needed to go to my Dr and get a new savings card or I would have to pay $94. I walked into the office and asked if I could have a new savings card because I could not afford my pills and I was all out of them. Dawn who was behind the counter yelled at me and told me that I should not have waited so long to get my pills. It took her two mins to go in the back and give me card. I was so upset about the way I was treated when I needed help. Dr Stepanski needs to be aware of how his staff members are… treating his patients .I will be finding a new Dr. Because of this experience.

Switched primary Dr. after 30 yrs to Dr. Stepanski and I couldn't be happier.

Dr James S Stepanski is the very best doctor i've found in michigan since 1987.He is highly intellagent and listens to all concerns and does the best of his ability to help all who go to his 4 dr' offices.he has done more for me then any other doctor i've seen seen since 1987.i have been to very many differen't dr offices around michigan and not one of them had the concerns or knowledge he has.i've been going to his office for over 6 years now and plan to continue to go their as long as i can.if anyone wants the best care possible i highly recomend going to any of his 4 offices in oakland county and make a apoitment to see him.when it comes to medical care, why not see the best and get the best care possible.

I have had some of the strangest medical conditions, even when it started w/ depression and I was "nutty" he worked on the solution, instead of making me feel worse. I've been seeing Dr Stepanski for 20 years, people may complain about health costs, I guarantee he (nor his partner Dr Crafton) are in it for the money. My depression got under control, now have auto immune disorders, he doesn't send me to every dr in the book unless surgery or something. I know he's keeping up on things and researching, he makes you feel like you're his only patient, he cares and he's funny (always a good medicine). His staff is great.
