Avoid at all costs. For reference i have never written a review on a physician, but here i find it my duty to protect unsuspecting potential patients. Waited about 1.5 hours until I was finally called in the office. He did not introduce himself. Instead he was looking at his phone. I decided to take the initiative and explain my symptoms. After about five minutes he then asked me “when did these symptoms start”, which i just explained to him. So he was not paying any attention. I quickly realized i made a huge mistake entrusting my care to someone that would behave like this, but i pressed on hoping it would turn around. It didn’t. Not once did he exam me or provide any information on possible causes of numbness. I asked him several times and he was completely dismissive, responding in terse two words answers, staring at what appeared to be a food menu on his phone. NYC is a big place and there are tons of doctors to choose, and personally I would choose anyone of them over… Dr. Sul.

Very poor experience, among the worst healthcare interactions I've had. After waiting for 20min in lobby, the doctor called me into his office. He did not bother to introduce himself, ask for my name, and proceeded to stare at his computer the entire time. My visit was over in less than 15min. He simply asked me what my issue is, I explained, and he asked hardly any questions even after I described my symptoms in more detail. He did not express any interest in understanding the details of my symptoms, and simply scheduled diagnostics without offering any explanation as to the necessity of the diagnostic or what he thought the underlying issue could be. When I tried to ask questions, he give short, abrupt responses with little to no explanation and what felt like contempt at even being asked. I can appreciate the dynamics of a busy practice, but in this case, it was clear he did not care about my 'care'.
