I underwent bladder stone removal and Holmium laser surgery by Dr. Ulchaker this past week. Dr. Ulchaker is the consumate professional and very caring and concerned about his patients. He has been my urologist for the past 16 years. I chose him initially because of his proficiency in laser surgery and it was the right decision. This was my second laser surgery in 14 years. The advancements in this surgery are amazing coupled with the skill of this surgeon and the best facility in the world, the CCF, it was a win, win. My recovery time was unbelievably fast. I am so thankful I chose this doctor and this hospital for my care.

Dr. James C Ulchaker is a consummate professional. He and his P.A. are team players in the holistic concept. Thorough, candid, knowledgeable, clinically aggressive. Although a very busy staff urologist at the nation's number two health care facility, he personally see's to the needs of the patient. Simply the best. Dr. "T"

Start to finish, very professional. Spent sufficient time during initial evaluation, explaining condition and prognosis. Pre-Op & Post-Op meetings were informative and thorough. Results of procedure were better than expected, meaning quick recovery and minimal side effects. Will recommend every chance I get.

Dr. is very full of himself and has terrible bedside manner. Stepped out for 10 minutes to take a phone call in the middle of relaying very bad news. Very poor at following up with test results. Had to keep calling office to push to get in for critical follow-up tests. His assistant is wonderful. If I could rate him 1/2 a star I would.
