Unprofessional, rude, completely incompetent. Please avoid at all cost.

I was initially rather hesitant to go to Kaloko Pain Management clinic because of some negative reviews however our primary care doctor recommended them so rather then driving to Hilo or flying to Oahu I thought I’d give them a try. I initially saw Malia, the nurse practitioner who was very knowledgeable as well as extremely personable. The clerical staff, the medical assistants & X-ray tech were also very professional and nice. The clinic was clean & orderly which is always important but even more so during this pandemic. Last but certainly not least Dr. Vannatta, he explained everything to me, & asked appropriate questions. His bedside manner was excellent & he knows his stuff! I’ve had epidurals before so I feel that I have a good point of reference. All in all I would highly recommend them. I’m from California & I previously went to a very large & progressive pain mgt facility & Kaloko was, in all aspects of care that I received, every bit as good.
