Dr. James Michael Weaver, MD

This doctor was recommended to me after an accidental fall. He was ready to do surgery the minute I walked in the door. He didn't listen to my concerns, nor looked at current health issues, and HE SMELLED AWFUL. I believe in giving chances, but 5 seconds after meeting him, I knew he wasn't the surgeon for me. He doesn't listen, nor will he sit or stand in one position over two seconds without pacing and leaves the patient with the impression "you are on an assembly line awaiting your turn to be SLAUGHTERED". BEWARE before making an appointment because if you ever see him and try to get a second opinion and mention his name, no orthopedist will see touch you. You will be told that you have to work with him (Weaver). That was the most traumatic and worst 10 minute office experience of my life. It took me 5 weeks after meeting with Weaver to secure a surgeon to fix my problem. I am forever grateful that I was blessed with an AWESOME Surgeon who did me right.

He did surgery on me for tendinitis and trigger finger. He butchered up my wrist and messed up my hand where he did the trigger finger. I went back 2 weeks after surgery and he took the stitches out. When I got to the parking lot I was pouring blood

It only took me a few minutes to figure out that this doctor was not the one for me. He has no bed-side manner nor did he listen to my complaints. He has no empathy for people in pain. I would not recommend Dr. Weaver for any reason.

I was referred to him by immediate Care clinic. He was so rude and mean. Had me in tears the whole visit. At one point I stood up and said I was done. He then apologize. He then started being nicer. I was in tears the whole time. Will never go ...More

No bed side manner at all... My daughter was in tears and could not talk by the time we left... Had not reviewed her case at all... She was in a wreck this year... He reviewed xrays from 2008... He told her stop babying her broken back... We were not even there for the back... His scrubs and hands were absolutely disgusting...

This is the rudest and most unkind doctor I've ever come in contact with. I was referred by another physician. An awful experience!

I wished I would have searched reviews before my appointment. By far the worst experience I have ever had with a so called medical professional. He was very rude and down talked me. Received NO help

He may be an excellent surgeon but I will never go back to him. I was sent by my family doctor because of intractible (sp?) bursitis for arthroscopic surgery. After treating me like I was an idiot and a hypochondriac, he said he was a surgeon and he did hip replacements and he'd never heard of a bursectomy. No one does that. Then, he explained how he needs a hip replacement (I could have sworn I went there to find out about me). I found he he can't golf or play football any longer be cause he has arthritis. Then I went home with a cane, no real solutions, still in pain and two unexplained, high risk medications. Of course, as he explained things to me (forever and ever), he proceeded to poke everywhere I hurt to make his point while I groaned each and everytime he touched my hip. I had to ask him to stop. Beware of this doctor!

Did not seem to care I had a problem. Very poor bedside manner. Would greatly benefit from some sort of patient awareness class. I could not recommend this doctor to anyone.
