You will find years of reviews to back up the fact that this office abuses and over bills people, and just gets rid of any patients who complain. They have an endless supply of new patients from mental health inpatient facilities, so they'll just shake down someone else who can't question the billing.

The staff was wonderful and acommadated mu urgent need for care. The office manager , was especially helpful in finding me ways to afford my medication. The office was so kind as to offer me samples to fill in the gap for my medication coverage. Great staff, great physician.

I'm still trying to figure out Wiaduck, why not a chicken? Staff was OK, not great.

My daughter has had great success with this doctor, but the office manager is extremely rude. I drive in from GR to bring my daughter who does not drive, my work schedule conflicts with the office schedule at times, therefore she may not get there when they say, and they say they will not refill her meds if she'd not there when they say to be. At times giving her little notice for work, holiday weekend etc. It's extremely irresponsible on their part in terms of her treatment, and she takes nine different meds. We even offered to come within the next week due to work and holiday, yet were told no refills until she's seen. Some of her meds require a level over time so it's important not to miss a day.

One might have to wait to start appt. but if you need extra time that day he gives it to you. It's give and take. Nobody else I've been to has ever done that. You get evicted on the dot of the hour.

His solution to psychiatric treatment is to have a predetermined plan for you before you enter his office based on his own nonsensical idea of "medicine" resulting in a few day grace period before he has his office call and say "Oops, you need to take more fancy drugs." I mean medicine. Wait, no I don't.He has no respect for the feelings of the patient and will go out of his way to try and make you feel inferior, since the feelings of the patient are in no way related to why a person might be seeing him in the first place.He is not a doctor. He simply has a degree and a prescription pad. No morals. No ethics. There is nothing good about him from what I could see in his building.

I thought I trusted this doctor, but I learn now that he is just a pill pusher like many other psychs. I thought there was something sketchy about him when I met, but dismissed it. He mis dx'd me with bipolar disorder/schizo, and gave me APs. When I had terrible side effects he ignored me and told me it is my 'illness'. He would ask me questions sometimes about how i'm doing but not probe very deep. There was no attempt to follow up, and following up myself was met by his impatience.

I have also been driving out of my way to get here for a few years. This last year has been the WORST ever. I used to LOVE this office and staff but then they turned, just like others have said they do. I spend money out of my pocket every month and have been charged MANY times AFTER I have already paid, I will go in and they add another 40-60.00 on to my ALREADY paid acct?? As for Dr. Wiaduck, he is a wonderful Doctor but trust little with his staff, they will turn on you and you will be back saying the same thing we are! They are starting to become VERY rude, can't make an appt. without waiting weeks, charging up the buns and that's just a little background!

I have been driving 2 hours on a regular basis for 17 plus months to be seen by a trustworthy, overall great office.I actually love the staff and they have been extremely helpful, for example if I am running late they work with me, if I need to get an appointment quick they have always found a way to squeeze me in.This is not the first psychiatrist I have seen either, where you see the doctor rarely and fill out hours of surveys and let a computer diagnose you. As for Dr. Wiaduck, the amount of education that man has is astounding. He is the type of doctor that communicates to find out who you are and what is needed to be fixed Which in turn has helped me change my life 100% around. The environment is very comfortable and would recommend this doctor to anyone!

He may help some people but he was not good for me and seems to look down on everyone. not at all personable, and his staff is very rude and treats all with arrogance. if there were a way to give staff negative stars that's what they would have gotten!
