I’ve been a patient of Dr Wilkerson for over 20 years. He never rushes and has always provided fabulous medical attention

Staff are rude women. Have been rude to me on three different occasions, rude to the staff of my specialist. They run you through the coals just to get a referral, then when I get upset from their lack of courtesy, I'm the rude one. One refused to give me her last name the other was the Doctor's wife so I can file complaint against the staff. As for Dr. Wilkerson I have no complaints except his lack of ability to hire kind and compassionate employees.

The staff is unprofessional, they do not do their jobs correctly or in a professional manner. The office needs new doctor and complete new staff. They are awful humans.

The receptionist closes the window and makes fun of the patients, either she thinks she can't be heard or doesn't care. The office manager has control issues and doesn't want to be bothered. Both are rude and unprofessional.

I switched to Dr James Wilkerson because my doctor retired. His staff and Mr Wilkerson were very nice to me. I had no trouble getting an appointment. I also found out that he is the doctor for most of my neighborhood.

The doctor is good but the staff is incredibly rude and could care less about the patients. They are short, will cut you off and I have even been hung up on with no reason except informing the person on the phone they were useless. They will lie just to get you off the phone. Find another doctor's office!!!

Excellent physician - staff is somewhat rude.

The office staff is HORRIBLE, seriously one of the worst I have ever encountered. They are RUDE, and let you know by their tone of voice that they do not care and that you are bothering them. With all the outstanding doctors in the Houston area I did not and would not continue to give them my business.

Dr Wilkerson is an excellent doctor. He listens and understands and educates you on how he plans to treat you.

I have been seeing this Dr. for years and I am quite satified with him and his staff.
