When human being experience trauma, death, relationships conflict, or life stressors, it is not uncommon for them to feel as if there life is falling apart. My passion is helping those in discomfort change the way they think in an effort to change the way they feel. No one person is the same so I have been trained in multiple modalities to assist people in regaining control over their lives. I specialize and I am certified in treating clients experiencing trauma, severe anxiety, depression, and marital conflict. I have a M. S. in Counseling Psychology from Texas A&M University Central Texas and I am a fully licensed professional counselor in the state of Texas.
