I just love Dr. Wilson! He is friendly , accurate, & always gets back to me in a timely manner with diagnosis & prognosis & medications!

the worst dr. office i have ever seen in my life. his staff is totally rude and horrible. i will try to sue them. do not go there bunch of nasty people. they don;t take blood pressure nothing the staff just abuses you. i have never in my life seen anything like this. DO NOT GO NEAR THE PLACE . UNLESS YOU JUST WANT ABUSE

Dr. Wilson has always been a fantastic physician. The office staff at West Brookfield Family Practice range from unhelpful to rude and are a consistent issue.

Dr. Wilson is an interesting person and it's hard to find out if his bedside manner is due to an awkward personality. He is a very, very approachable, nice guy and is willing to listen and try things. He's been wrong on a few diagnoses however - but he is human and a general practice doctor. He will type your notes into the computer with his back to you as you talk, which is off-putting.

Receptionist is a piece of work, forgets who pays her salarysalary, the patient, acts like you're bothering her. Can't stand her. If it wasn't for other staff, I wouldn't go back.
