Dr. Won is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. I was so lucky to find him. I have suffered from a condition that went undiagnosed for 10 yrs but he was able to determine my issue and treat the problem successfully in a very short time. He is a very warm person who genuinely cares about his patients.

Horrible bedside manner!!!!He called me on the phone to tell me that I needed to drop everything and go the emergency room to get spinal surgery immediatelly if I did not want to get paralyzed! The next day he called again to say I had MS with no compassion or in a manner that we could process that information. I dropped him immediatelly got others opinions and doing fine.

I have not completed all of my tests with Dr Won, however, I felt like he ask lots of questions, pushed me to think about the answers, and had a very honest, kind and no nonsense manner about him. We are pretty sure we have a diagnosis and are just completeting some tests to rule everything else out. I am definately glad that I chose him.

Dr Won put me at ease almost immediately. His questions were not only for my specific complaint, but he took the time to understand my overall health and explained his concerns as it pertained to my problem. He was not dismissive and assumptive. He showed a quiet concern and followed up with more questions. He listened and responded! This made me feel like I was a part of the solution and had a role in my health.

His Nurse and Office Manager Mary was the best part of my visit to the office. She is the most professional and caring nurse that one could ask for. He is a fine doctor and diagnosed me when noone else could. He has a small office and is not about the money he is about the patient. They were the most caring and accurate practice I have ever encountered in my many years of illness. I would recommend him to anyone and wish he could see me for all of my other ailments. They make you feel like a person not a number. He actually took time to listen to me.

If you want a Dr. who care about what you have to say.It would be Dr. Won.He will do everything in his power to help you.

i was diagnosed by dr james won, and he told me i had multiple sclerosis, on the phone at 2:00 a.m. after an all-nighter of testing, with not a note of sympathy in his voice. that should have been done in person.and then while i was in the hospital drip, he would just appear in my room with no notice or greeting, sometimes waking me. and then when he found i was mixing my VERY painful 3x-weekly shots with lidocaine, instead of gently trying to convince me of the 'folly' of my ways, he VERY RUDELY discharged me as a patient.find another doctor - some people just want to be doctors for the prestige and the money, but they don't really care about truly helping people. dr. won is one of them.
