My husband saw Dr. Yerger for a cough, chest tightness that he had been having for about 5 days. He felt awful and knew it was something that wasn't getting better on its own. Dr Yeger was less than thorough and said it would just need to run its course. He didn't even get a chest X-ray to rule out pneumonia. So my husband went home and an hour later he had a fever, was vomiting, and could barely move. Come to find out he did have pneumonia and was started on antibiotics by another provider. Dr. Yeger did not have great bedside manner and made my husband feel stupid for seeking medical treatment when he actually was very sick! Avoid primary health in Eagle, Idaho!

Yerger is a great doc and doesnt make u feel like a pill seeker

My boyfriend sought treatment from Dr. Yerger for a potential UTI, only to be told that he thought he had an STD, an even prescribed treatment for it (i.e., a hefty shot in the bottom and a heavy dose of antibiotics). All of this before receiving the lab work. In the end, there was no STD and we went through alot of unnecessary anquish based on this doctor's unfounded speculation.

Dr Yerger gave me an antibiotic for sinus infection even though he claimed I only had a virus. When my sinus infection didn't clear up he refused to give me a different antibiotic because "It was only a virus". My sinus infection is still bothering me and I will have to go to another physician to get it cleared up.
