World's worst. Save your valuable time and see someone else.

Very rude during phone conference. I just recently had surgery for a pain pump and when I told her I am still in a lot of pain she starting yelling at me to give it time. I don't like being yelled at like that, I can't help that I am still having a lot of pain. I am not going to lie and say everything is fine and dandy.

She seriously doesn't care how much pain someone is in or how bad they're feeling

The staff was very helpful in setting up appt. and seeming to care at least most of the time. Lewis did ok in a few moments. Wouldn't recommend if you do truly need care

I would highly advise you to see someone else unless you are already planning on taking your life.

I am sorry to everyone who has lost their loved ones because of this woman. I am sorry for all the pain she has caused and lack of relief for her to be willing to offer. Please if you have something wrong... see someone else. I am praying for you, stay strong.

With so many pain conditions and to be discussing who's 10 is the worst 10 is just complete arrogance, and wrong... I can definitely say I'm always an all around 10... at least based on the entire day. If I could get down to a 5 I would be the happiest person ever. I had to see another pain management doctor (Dr. Ward) after I had the worst injury of my life...far worse than any breaks or tears or wounds...anything in the past and she just stared, smiled, and acted like I was fine. Because of that I had to sling up and wait and see a doctor 40 minutes away whilst suffering all day and night in the sling over a month icing and heating nonstop and far beyond unable to sleep or enjoy myself. I finally (over a month later) saw surgeon for several tears that weren't quite bothering me because of getting the wrong mri and now have to wait to see rheumatologist. It is now 2+ months after injury and I still don't know what's wrong or have had basically any form of relief outside of cold… packs. I have other injuries that seem to get worse outside of that (brachial plexus disorder not TOS) and also my chronic back pain and heart condition haven't even been close to monitored as it is, and are the closest to monitorable. The only time I had gotten something to somewhat mask the pain was getting a tooth pulled...dental surgery and even then it didn't touch it too much... but at least helped enough at times that I could move and do the rest of the work. I just wish for somewhat of a decent quality of life and have only seen my pain management doctor (Dr. Lewis) once in 4+ months of only getting worse since I had seen her.. and she truly failed the first time around and I was up literally 5 days straight waiting on cream and tens unit which has only provided somewhat relief at times. It just doesn't feel right and though I am normally fine with being treated poorly...it's now been just too much. I'm open to basically any doctor, and am not very needy..as long as you treat me somewhat like a human being... we can pretty much be best friends. As far as who I've seen... I'd even be cool with that, it's just now kind of like seeing a girl that you were dying to see and then you get in a relationship... she doesn't talk to you at all and neglects you until you find out she was cheating. Pretty close analogy. If only we could have talked together as a couple...I know people can turn things around overnight...we could have learned and grew together, figured things out... after today it would be very hard to believe that Dr. Lewis is fixable and if you truly care about yourself or your family you will not see or let them see her. I myself am switching to Aultman pain management and have yet to get in, but when I do I am going to be the happiest camper at the campsite.

I've been with mercy pain management for at least 4 yrs and never knew they don't have a nurse on call tried to get my prescription sent and there not open and nobody knows why there not open so now i have to wait all the way to monday to even get in touch with somebody.

Personally I can't say anything negative about Dr. Lewis. She has been excellent to me. I had am MRI and X-Rays to determine my back and neck problems. She is on top of her job and has a kind personality. She has always answered my questions with great knowledge. I've had about six office appointments with her. I have been to other pain management Doctors and she has been the best.
