Dr. Jamie C Goodman, DO

Thinks he's GOD... Without ever seeing me in person or knowing my case enough he decided he was going to take me off my pain meds totally!!!! Well an outside Surgeon had to do surgery on my lower back & Implant hardware. The surgery took 4 hours. Now he's doing a Pain Pump Implant, because the back surgery didn't help enough. Goodman isn't a Good Man or a Good Doctor. Treating Veterans like he does!! The Veterans Administration should remove him from his position. I know they have trouble finding Doctors but having a bad Doctor No, do without a doctor until you can find a caring 1!!!!!!

Had to see him through the VA for problems for my feet and migraines. He never looked or checked anything just started throwing pills at me . Come to find out that one of the meds he give me required blood work to make sure that my liver was ok b4 taking the meds. Never was I given any test of any sorts . I had to go to my personal doc to have test run on me b4 the meds really hurt me.

He is very rude and racist towards my family. He does not care about the American people.

Only knows how to throw pills at you. Went to see him with a pain in the left outer bone of my foot. He never looked at it, touch it, nothing. Just wrote a consult for an ankle brace and knee brace. When I was diagnosed for cancer, and before I had seen an oncologist, he wanted to set up a series of appointments to discuss hospice care and pain medicine. I refused, seeing oncologist and am making good progress. He had me believing I was just about dead. Terrible doctor

very arrogant, no manners even though he says he is a christain,talked down to me,even quoted he was a navy vet of 7 1/2 years and i made more money than himself,he said he was divorced and that a honest statement because he has a very bad comminutions skills.no desire to ever see him again !

Dr. Goodman is a rude, arrogant and incredibly unprofessional individual. Not worth your time.

Really takes his time when seeing patients. Never had any issues with him and seems to care about people.

Dr. Goodman, while still working for Welmont cost our family over $10,000 dollars and seven months of our lives after seeing our child for only 20 minutes. He is rash and did nothing to help our sick child. In the end we won our case and our child is now in wonderful health thanks to wonderful doctors in Abingdon, VA and at UVA. If this doctor does this to other families in this region, my prayers are with them. If this doctor enters the room, run like the wind. I hazard a guess this kind of treatment is why Dr. Goodman does not work for Welmont any longer.

Dr.Goodman is not a good dr. he is very rude.He thinks he is so above you and he puts you down.

I am happy to find a Doctor who is not just pushing medicine. He is very kind. Took his time. I will recommend him to family and friends.
