Dr. Jamie Jill Pacis, MD

I do not recommend this psychiatrist to anyone. I went in today for my appointment that I made two months prior and she refused to see me. When I made my appointment I made it clear that I wanted to review my sons test results. Being new to the mental health arena, I did not know that my son had to be with me at the appointment and nobody told me. I not only have an hour drive to see her but I took a day off work. Dr. Pacis sent one of her nurses out to me to tell me that she can not see me because my son was not with me and so she could not bill for our session. So basically she could not even bother herself, to come see me herself or give me just a few curtsey minutes for my trouble. After I left I saw her in the cafeteria, she made eye contact with me and instead of an apology, sympathy, empathy or any type of human emotion toward my situation, she turned away from me and pretended that she did not see me. This is a women who could care a less about her clients, or their… parents. She seems to only care about her title as she sits behind the curtain and plays the "Great and Powerful OZ". Extremely Disappointed.

Dr pacis is outstanding child psychiatrust! Very good with kids and parents and excellent bedsude mannner! Thorough assesments of child!!
