Dr. Jamie Starks is a neurologist and psychiatrist who graduated from the University of Minnesota Medical School and completed her residency at the University of Minnesota Health Care System. With 14 years of experience treating patients with complex neurological and psychiatric conditions, she brings specialized expertise to her dual practice areas.
