Dr. Jamie Lynn Szuchyt, MD

Sent for a simple assessment for a medical procedure. Jamie went over the top did a bizarre IQ test/personality testing. Wasn't even why I was sent to her. She writes pages of garbage with bashing and said my intelligence was borderline. Then charged over the top fees. Her report was nothing short of a written bashing and not sure why she felt the need to bash the patient when she never met me before. I'm telling the provider who sent me to her that it's a uncalled requirement to be sent to some practice person who thinks they are above everyone. It was simple yes or no the patient can get the medicine. But no she did some kind weird testing out on left field

One of the worst doctors in the Pysc. field I've ever seen. Horrible attitude. Just wants you in and out and go ahead and pay at the front desk on your way out. Stay far away from Jamie Szuchyt.

Dr. S has a great deal of knowledge in working with geriatric population. She very quickly understood the dynamic in some communication difficulties and made lots of suggestions on how to improve this. I find her to be very warm and caring and interested in doing the best for the patient.

I had an intake appt with Dr Szuchyt after being recommended to her by a friend. I was caught off guard by her blunt manner towards me and felt super triggered during the appointment. I could barely get through the intake interview, I got so upset. She made many excellent points but her tone was pretty judgmental. I guess I just need a little more empathy and support than her style of interacting with potential patients.

I had a very negative experience with Doctor Jamie L Szuchyt. She broke the confidentially and the trust between me and her. She had released confidential information that was discussed between the two of us and violated my privacy. I did not go back to her after that for a follow up but did call her and although she apologized she continued to make excuses for her uncalled actions. Dr. Szuchyt did not apologize to me after the occurrence and only did when I called and asked for an apology. Her actions have led to very negative effects in my life. When she released my information she did it without my permission or consent and did also not inform me that she was going to do so. I was completely blindsided by her and would not recommend anyone who would like their information to stay private to see her.
