The Dr. seemed knowledgeable but his staff is the RUDEST and most UNCARING that I have ever encountered. I was treated with the respect one would give a used tissue. On top of that, they filed my pre-approval claim incorrectly which led to me having to file an appeal. They would not help me with the appeal. This was a 3 month ordeal. I went to a different. Surgeon and had it approved in 2 days and the surgery 2 weeks later.

The most uncaring staff I have ever dealt with. Not one smile from 5 people. Poor attitudes from everyone I spoke with - except the doctor. He was quite pleasant. The staff incorrectly filed my insurance claim which created a lot of work for me to appeal it. It was still not approved because they way they filed it. THE STAFF WOULD NOT HELP ME refile so I went to another surgeon and it was approved in 2 days.

This doctor placed a spinal cord stimulator for me. He took a lot of time to explain everything and best of all he treats me like an equal. My surgery went extremely well. My stimulator was placed perfectly so that it helped with the pain in my spine and also down both legs. Recovery after surgery went smoothly, no complications or problems. Thank you for renewing my faith in spinal surgery!! They say 3rd time is the charm, I say 4th time was the charm!! Thanks again!!

Best neuro I have seen EVER!! His NP is amazing as well. The wait for the appt. Is worth it.
