POSSIBLY THE BEST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER VISITED

He is an excellent Dr. Very caring and sits down and discusses the issues completely. I would recommend him in a heart beat. Plus he is funny, that is great when making you at ease.

dr vanderhooft was just like any other dr should be until the billing caos, sent me two bills with amount left from insurance so i paid in two payments but after the first payment the amount changed to $320.00 more than the original billing amt. after questioning them, was told it was a descrepencey between them and what the insurance should pay. after trying to work with him to get the insurance to pay what they should i got no help and the dr and staff were very arrogant and refused to help get things done accurately so my ins and myself could pay him. he did not care and before it was settled they sent my acctount to collections eventhough i had already paid them almost half of the third billing amount or all of the first two statements. then when i spent hours trying to find out how and why things were billed and why things were not done correctly, they stopped answering my calls when i was trying to get a final billing acct and a ledger showing what had been billed and paid to… date. i had to call three different drs in the office before one would fax me the info (which makes no sense at all and there is no way to really come to an accurate balance due by a normal person). it was conveinent of them to stop taking calls and send my acct to collections two days after they said they would send it to collections in ten days. but with the poor assistance so far i should not have expected anything different. THERE ARE MANY GOOD DOCTORS OUT THERE WHO TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT AND BILL YOU ACCURATELY AND HELP RESOLVE ISSUES INSTEAD OF MAKING THEM WORSE FOR THEIR CLIENTS, I NEVER ONCE SAID I WOULD NOT PAY HIM I JUST WANTED IT TO BE THE REAL AMOUNT I OWED AND NOT THREATENED INTO JUST PAYING ANY AMOUNT. the first clue should have been his humor in the office visit- WHATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GOD AND DOCTORS? GOD KNOWS HES NOT A DOCTOR- STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR AND CLINIC VERY VERY POOR SERVICE FROM THE STAFF

Dr. Vanderhoff put my elbow back together after a car accident. I have excellent range of motion in the joint. He is a wonderful careing Doctor that I highly recommend.
