Waited 40 minutes; was seen for 4. Told him I self-diagnosed tonsil stones and was able to get some out but not all and still felt some pain...he glanced inside my throat,,,did not touch anything and assumed my self-diagnosis was accurate even though I am not a doctor...then he told me what I already knew from the internet and when I asked about clarifying his statement that the tonsil stones do NOT grow (they are bacteria), he confirmed that tonsil stones are simply food deposits that accumulate more food deposits but do not grow. I guess he missed that lecture in med school (and college and high school and elementary school) where they tell you that bacteria grows in conducive environments (think: moist and warm....kind of like your mouth/throat). He said that doctors can help remove tonsil stones but he doesnt do that (I asked reception before making the appointment if he would remove tonsil stones and she said I'd have to come in and see the doctor...and pay in advance). So, couple… hours out of the work-day and $75 out of pocket (probably will be billed another $500 by the insurance company against my deductible) and learned nothing and had nothing done. Will not return to this doctor; cannot recommend.

Being a new patient i had a,real good experience,the staff was friendly and courteous,Dr Yusef explained every procedure in detail,he answered my questions in detail, the waiting room wasnt overcrowded like other doctor offices,the one wing back chair needs to be replaced,the cushion is nearly gone,Dr Yusef introduced himself which is always a good thing, but didnt introduce his assistant when they entered the room,i feel everyone deserves to be recognized,but overall it was a real good experience,i would recommend him...

Dr. Yossef's office is run very efficiently. The office staff is great and the Doctor and nurse pleasant. But the best part of the visit was that I didn't have to wait more than five minutes to be taken into the room. The Doctor came in quickly and I left within a half hour. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone that asks me.

The staff is very polite. The office is CLEAN. They are so accommodating because they scheduled my appointment in such short notice as a new patient. Dr. J. Yousseff is also very empathetic. He made me feel reassurance because he was confident. He knows what he is talking about.

This doctor has excellent bed side manners, very professional and extremely intellegent.

My experience was wonderful. He took excellent care of my daughter. He is down to earth and a people doctor.

Very professional good attitude and have great future in medicine and he delivered what he promised god bless looking forward to make him my primary Doctor
