Dr. Jana L Erwin, DO

Received a bill for $2000 for some tests that were supposedly done. She did not inform me of the tests being done or the results. Pitiful!

When seeing Dr. Erwin, you can tell that she cares about her patients and goes "the extra mile" to help them with whatever it is that they need. She is an amazing physician and her clinical staff are very helpful as well. She has a great team and I'm proud to call her my doctor!

Got diagnosed with phenomia over weekend with another doctor, cause Dr. Erwin is not open on weekends. Called my doctor...Erwin's office, nurse answers. I tell her what had happened and that my symptoms are not improving after getting a steroid shot and 4 meds 2 days ago. Well her nurse said "Well she is booked until next week", I said, "Ok, what do you reccommend me to do then?" She said, "you will need to go to the ER"! Really??!!??!!! I lost ALL RESPECT because I am not going to need her next week! ð??¡

The doctor ordered blood work and did not follow up on it. When you call the office, it goes straight to voice-mail. No one ever returned any phone ca ...

I had bloodwork done and was never able to contact the office to get the results. I left several urgent messages and the doctor never returned phone call or emails. I finally had to go to office to get results. They charged the insurance company $5300+ for the bloodwork and never even followed up on it. Thankfully the lab did not charge me for the service as they stated it was unnecessary. Poorest excuse for patient care that I have ever witnessed.

Passionate and caring. She talked to me as a person not just a patient and was great with my family. Very thorough and knowledgable.

The best. She is so sweet and caring.
