Dr. Jana Robinson, MD

Very unprofessional office staff. Cold reception. One employee tattooed up with lg. rings implanted in each lobe. Very nasty. Receptionist never moves her eyes to talk to u. Just stare's into computer. Left over an hour while doc could be heard in next room in jovial conversation with patient taken before me who came in after. First visit refused to c me admitting schedule error. Practitioner never came in room or offered apology. Most uncaring group of medical people I ever experienced. One in the group maybe bad egg but the entire staff! Just horrible. Lost me and 2 others who wanted to hear my experience first who were lookin also to schedule app as new patient. Was never told she only works 3 days a week.

Havent had an easy time finding a primary care doctor but i have now! Loved the intial appointment with Dr Robinson she is very down to earth and seems to actually care.

Dr. Robinson is very thoughtful - thinking through my different medications with what she prescribed, even looking up foods that could be potential issues. She took the time needed to do a thorough evaluation and diagnoses and I was feeling much better the next day.
