...he would send in a Corpsman to ask questions, who would relay them to Bonaparte, it was a back and forth relay of questions and answers for an hour. Walked past his office and saw him just sitting in his chair doing nothing. Had to change doctors to receive actual healthcare. The lack of respect this man directed to me as his patient makes me question his competence to be a doctor, he simply did not care enough to see me. This lasted for months.

Hi, I received a good colon screening memo signed by Dr Bonaparte. Said you can "self-refer" by going to a website page and fill out the request. You should give this website to a non-hospital worker and see if they can find where to fill out a request at....I can't find it. Suggest updating the standard letter to more clearly indicate how to do this. Thank you!
